Refund and Returns Policy

As a small business, we take extreme caution to pack your product well to ensure safe transportation however in the rare chance that the product arrives damaged please take time to review our policy below.

We value our clients immensely and will try our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

In order to minimize returns on misrepresented products, please know that we provide video call consultation for you to view the piece in multiple light settings. Please email on antikzart@gmail.com for a video call request.

  • We have a 7 Day return policy. After you have received the item, you have 7 days to request a return.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at antikzart@gmail.com
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We highly recommend that you inspect your order once you receive it and email us on antikzart@gmail.com right away in case you receive a damaged product.
  • Please include pictures/videos of the damage. It will help us in evaluating the return request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • For an item that is not in its original condition
  • For item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was damaged in shipment, then you will be reimbursed full purchase price including shipping.

In case of damage to the frame, we will refund the cost of the frame only and not the artwork.

If your item is lost after shipping service delivers, we are not responsible and will not be able to refund the item cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at antikzart@gmail and we will provide you with mailing address. Please note we will be recreating your piece by hand and there may be some differences from the piece you are exchanging as the process for these pieces is organic and results in unique brush strokes everytime.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please ship to (physical address provided in the email).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For your returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Commissions:

In case of cancellation after 1 day from when the order was placed, we retain 15% of the total value of the piece.

In case of cancellation after 7 days or later, from the time the order was placed, we retain 50% of the total value of the piece.

In case of cancellation after the piece has been completed and sent for approval, we retain 75% of the total value of the piece.

For In Stock pieces:

You can cancel the order within 24 hrs after purchase. For cancellations thereafter we will retain 15% of the value of the piece you purchased.
